About Realty Ratings
Finding the top producing Real Estate Agents for each of our clients is important to us. Realty Ratings uses a proprietary system of rating local agents based on:
- Unique requirements
- Days on market
- Number of homes sold
- Proximity to subject property, and sales price as a percent of asking price.
Our rating system was developed and has been refined so that the agent recommendations provided are experienced Realtors with proven results. Our customized technology queries only relevant data then processes it through our unique filtering program in order to efficiently and consistently rate the Realtors who are statically the top performers in a specific area.
Client First Focus
Unlike other Real Estate Agent rating services, agents cannot buy a membership in our network, and we do not have any preferred Realtors. When they complete a successful transaction (that means you buy or sell your home), they pay us a referral fee. The referral fee in no way affects the buyer or seller.
This process allows us to offer our service to you with no obligation and no hidden fees. It also creates an incentive to work with only the very best Real Estate agents: we only get paid once you are happy. We all have an incentive for your home to sell quickly and for the highest possible price.
